AskMace began as a project for a client: make the everyday administration easier to handle, using WhatsApp as the place to ask for help.
The ambition grew beyond a single process. Quotes, customer requests, supplier questions, documents and planning all share a familiar pattern: something arrives, someone needs context, and a next step needs to happen.
We’re turning that approach into a service that can be configured for other businesses. We start with a guided pilot, learn from actual use and build around the work that matters to each customer.
The goal is straightforward: give business owners a useful way to hand work over while keeping a clear view of what happens next.
